Former Tomahawks at the NCAA Division I Level

Shane Bednard (Bowling Green)

                Bednard has played in five games for Bowling Green, who are 3-1-1 through the first five games of the season. Bednard recorded his first collegiate assist in a 6-3 win over Ohio State Oct. 9. Bowling Green travels to Alaska-Anchorage this weekend.

Cody Gylling (Arizona State)

                Gylling picked up his first four points of the season in Arizona State’s weekend sweep of Southern New Hampshire University last weekend. Gylling picked up and assist in the first game, before scoring two goals and adding an assist in a 7-1 victory on Saturday night. The Sun Devils travel to Wisconsin this weekend.    

Andrew McDonald (Bentley)
                McDonald has made his two appearances for Bentley this season count, scoring three goals in the games against Mercyhurst. Bentley takes on Army-West Point in a home-and-home series this weekend.

Casey Nelson (Minnesota St.-Mankato)

                Through six games this season, Nelson has picked up two assists, including an assist in the Mavericks 3-2 win over Bemidji State last Saturday night. Minnesota State-Mankato hosts Alaska-Fairbanks this weekend.    

Trevor Recktenwald (Ferris State)

                Recktenwald made his first collegiate appearance in a 3-2 victory over Michigan Tech Oct. 17. Ferris State travels to Michigan Tech for a pair of games this weekend.

Connor Wright (Alaska-Anchorage)

                Wright picked up his first goal of the season in a 3-2 victory over Alaska-Anchorage this past Saturday. Alaska-Anchorage hosts Bowling Green this weekend.

Alex Jaeckle (Canisius)

                Jaeckle has appeared in two games for Canisius, who travels to Sacred Heart this weekend.

Cody Boyd (Canisius)

                Boyd has yet to make an appearance for Canisius, who travels to Sacred Heart this weekend.

Tanner Barnes (Wisconsin)

                Barnes has yet to make an appearance for Wisconsin, who hosts Arizona State this weekend.
