Tomahawks Sign New Tender from Western PA;

Two Johnstown Prospects Named to NAPHL 18U Teams

 

 

Johnstown, Pa. – The Johnstown Tomahawks today announced the signing of goaltender Colin DeAugustine of the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite U-18 team. The new tender is a Burgettstown, Pa. native and has gone 16-5-0 in 22 games with the Penguins Elite team this season.

 

DeAugustine joins a growing list of topnotch Tomahawks tenders, including Collin Finkhouse and Trevor Recktenwald, who were recently named to the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) All-NAPHL First and Second Teams. Finkhouse, a forward from Ada, Mich., earned a spot on the First Team. He currently plays for the West Michigan Hounds. Venetia, Pa. native Recktenwald was named to the Second Team as a member of the Pittsburgh Viper Stars.

 

All three players are tendered to the Tomahawks for the 2013-2014 season.
