Ready To Rock the War Memorial!
The Voice finalist and Cresson, Pa., native Josh Gallagher will return to Cambria County to perform, meet fans and sign autographs during the game.
Fans will be able to get to know Gallagher by reading the commemorative special edition program that is available.
Putting On The Foil
Saturday afternoon, we’re putting on the foil for a dose of Old Time Hockey. We celebrate the 40th anniversary of the cult classic, Slap Shot, which was released on February 25, 1977.
The Hanson Brothers make their return to the War Memorial along with Denis Lemieux, Dave “Killer”Carlson, Johnny Upton and Billy Charlebois.
The Hawks will also be auctioning off our specialty “Slap Shot” themed jerseys which are presented by our friends at Scott’s By Dam.
Additionally, Hanson Bros. glasses will be given away at the gate to the first 500 fans coming to the game. A friendly reminder that Saturday’s game is a noon start time at the War Memorial.
