DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Jean Desrochers enters his fifth season working for a hockey organization’s front office rather than on the ice, after a career as a professional hockey player that spanned six seasons. The native of Dalhousie, Québec spent his first professional season with the Chiefs in 2004-2005, leading the team in scoring with 52 points. He would ultimately spend parts of four seasons with the club and was among its top four scorers each season.
Desrochers’ professional career also included stops in Bridgeport and Springfield of the AHL and in Italy with HC Fassa in the country’s top league.
While attending Clarkson University to earn a degree in business, Desrochers played for the NCAA Division I Golden Knights. His position with the Tomahawks allows him to combine his business smarts with his passion for both the game and Johnstown.
Desrochers resides in Adams Township with his wife Amber, and children Luca, Clara and Amelia.
