GARY BIGGS
PRESIDENT OF HOCKEY OPERATIONS
Gary Biggs was named Director of Player Personnel in October of 2024, then promoted to President of Hockey Operations in July 2025. A graduate of Youngstown State University in 2012, Biggs left the hockey program as the goaltender with the most wins, most shutouts, highest save percentage, and most games played in program history. A native of New Jersey, Biggs played his youth hockey for the Rockets Hockey Club and played Junior hockey for the New Jersey Titans.
After graduating in 2012, Biggs quickly climbed the scouting ranks as he got his start with the Kenai River Brown Bears of the NAHL. After two years with the Brown Bears, Biggs continued his upward trajectory as he landed with the Barrie Colts of the OHL as the lead American scout. While with the Barrie Colts, Biggs helped the program finish in second place for three consecutive seasons while increasing the Colts’ American Player pool. Biggs returned to New Jersey after the 2017 season when he assumed the role of Director of Scouting for the New Jersey Titans NAHL, where he spent the last 8 seasons. In his time with New Jersey, Biggs helped construct the 2022 New Jersey Titans Robertson Cup Championship team. Under Biggs’ guidance, the scouting department identified the East Division’s best 72 NCAA Division 1 Commitments in 8 years.
Gary resides in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, with his wife Samantha, son Tanner, and daughter Ella.

NICK MISH
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF GOALTENDING DEVELOPMENT
Nick Mish was promoted to Assistant General Manager and Director of Goaltending Development of the Johnstown Tomahawks in July 2025 after spending six seasons with the organization.
Since joining the Tomahawks, Mish has been instrumental in the success of the team’s goaltending department. Under his guidance, Tomahawks goaltenders have consistently ranked among the best in the league, including a season where they allowed the fewest goals in the East Division. His coaching played a key role in the development of Alex Tracy, named East Division Goaltender of the Year, and David Tomeo, who earned an NCAA Division I commitment to Sacred Heart University.
A Johnstown native, Mish led Bishop McCort to a Penguins Cup title in 1997 as a freshman goaltender. He went on to play junior hockey in British Columbia and was selected in the Ontario Hockey League draft by the Erie Otters.
Outside of his work with the Tomahawks, Mish is the owner and founder of ETM Goaltending Development, training goaltenders across the Pittsburgh region and the Mid-American District. He is also involved in coaching youth and prep hockey programs.
Nick resides in Brownstown with his wife, Sara, and their two children, Easton and Layla.
