The countdown to Main Camp has finally reached its final days! Next week, Tomahawks players, staff, and potential players will be in Ebensburg for camp. I will be working as Camp Correspondent throughout camp so be sure to keep an eye out for updates on the Tomahawks social media sites!

Some of the best players from all over the world have come to earn a chance to join the Tomahawks family. Showing off their skills during Main Camp is just going to be one of many steps that will be a part of their journey.

Because there are so many players trying to earn a spot on the team, there is going to be an extremely high level of competition. Every single person is going to be doing their best to show their talents and skills in order to stand out. All of them are going to be giving it their all to show that they have what it takes to be a part of the Johnstown Tomahawks.

Main Camp will take place from July 6-9. Over the 4 days, there will be practices and scrimmages. Then on Sunday, the top players will be selected and then get to compete in an All-Star Exhibition. However, there is one change this year. Instead of one game, there will be two. The first will be held at 9 a.m. and the second will be at 11 a.m. Both games will be free and open to the public.

Main Camp is an exciting time during the off season, and it’s a great chance for potential players to show the coaching staff that they have what it takes on and off the ice.
