HUNTER FETTEROLF COMMITS TO BOWDOIN

May 4, 2024

Johnstown Tomahawks forward, Hunter Fetterolf announces college commitment to Bowdoin College.

“I would like to thank my family for all the sacrifices they have made and the support they have given me,” said Fetterolf. “I would also like to thank my coaches, teammates, and fans for helping me improve and continue to love the game.”

The Pittsburgh, PA native began the 2023-2024 season as the Captain of the New Hampshire Mountain Kings, where he accounted for six goals, 16 assists, and a total of 22 points in 41 games. However, a trade just before the deadline saw him donning the Tomahawks jersey, where he added three goals and seven assists in 22 games with Johnstown. Prior to this season, Fetterolf split his time between the El Paso Rhinos and the Maine Nordiques. Notably, this past season marked his 100th game in the North American Hockey League. Additionally, Fetterolf received recognition by being selected to play in the prestigious NAHL Top Prospects game this year.

Fetterolf and teammate Jacob Osborne will come together once again, this time in Brunswick, Maine, as they kick off their collegiate journeys with the Bowdoin College Polar Bears.
