JOHNSTOWN -The Johnstown Tomahawks are pleased to announce that forward Oliver Benwell committed to University of Toronto.
Benwell, of Toronto, Ontario, has seventy points (28 goals and 42 assists) in 59 games played.
“Oliver had an incredible season with us this past year. He was everything we wanted and more when we brought him to Johnstown. He had a special regular season for us contributing in every facet on the ice and being a veteran presence off the ice. The way he raised his game to an even
higher level in the playoffs was remarkable as he led the playoffs in scoring. I am incredibly proud of him and look forward to seeing what he adds to his hometown University of Toronto.”
The University of Toronto Varsity Blues, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, play in Ontario University Athletics.
