The Johnstown Tomahawks fell to the Jamestown Rebels in a shootout Friday night at 1ST SUMMIT ARENA in Johnstown, falling by a final score of 2-1.
Jamestown opened the game with a goal from John Lundy scoring 7:18 into the game. Despite a few penalties throughout, the game wouldn’t see its second goal until the 3rd period when Jake Black tied the game up for the Tomahawks, scoring with 9:44 to go in regulation, forcing overtime.
65 minutes wasn’t enough Friday night and the game headed to a shootout where Jamestown came away with the win.
