Tomahawks Sweep Generals

JOHNSTOWN, Penn. – The Tomahawks played the second game of their two-game series against the Northeast Generals tonight. 

Yesterday, the Tomahawks beat the Generals 8-3. Every period was filled with action. Tonight’s game took a different approach. The scoring started off early with a goal from Northeast’s Dylan Schuett, assist to Clark Kerner and Liam McCanney. After a penalty to Johnstown’s Tristan Poissant for tripping, the team headed to the locker room scoreless.

The second period came and went with no goals scored from either team. Northeast’s Clark Kerner took a penalty for roughing and Johnstown’s Bennett Stockdale took a penalty for tripping.

About halfway through the third period, Tomahawks’ Colin Price tied up the score with the assist of Carson Gallagher and Carson Grainer. With less than two minutes left in the game, Colin Price came back again with the help of Carson Gallagher and Carson Grainer, to grab the lead and take the weekend sweep.
