Tomahawks UPDATE on Corona Virus situation.

Mar 13, 2020

To our fans:
These are certainly unprecedented times. As you know, the North American Hockey League announced yesterday that it would pause the regular season until further notice because of the spread of Corona virus COVID-19. This follows similar decisions by the NHL, USA Hockey and other sports leagues.
We will remain in contact with the NAHL during this period and pass on information to you as it becomes available. We will post all updates on our social media accounts and at www.johnstowntomahawks.com.
We look forward to seeing you again when the excitement of Tomahawks hockey returns to 1st Summit Arena. We truly appreciate your support.
Thank you for your understanding. Be safe.
Hawks Media Staff.

At this time, the NAHL 2019-20 season has been paused. As more information becomes available in the coming weeks, we will communicate with all current ticket holders. To review the NAHL’s statement regarding the pause, visit this link: http://www.nahl.com/news/story.cfm?id=29235
TICKETS Q & A
I have tickets for a Johnstown Tomahawks home game that is postponed. What should I do?
We encourage fans who purchased tickets for an effected Tomahawk home game to hold on to their tickets for potential future use.
If games are rescheduled, will the original tickets still be valid?
Tickets purchased directly through the Johnstown Tomahawks front office will be valid for use on the rescheduled date.
What is the Tomahawks ticket refund policy?
With the NAHL’s announcement, single game tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster will be subject to Ticketmaster’s postponement policies.
For season ticket holders and fans that purchased directly through the Tomahawks front office, payments will remain on accounts and will be applied to the rescheduled games.
Should a game not be rescheduled at a later date, season ticket holders are encouraged to hold the unused tickets for cancelled games. The unused tickets will then become valid for any future Tomahawk home games during the 2019-20 season (including playoffs) and 2020-21 season.
I purchased tickets through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?
All tickets purchased through a resale site (i.e. TM+, StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.
