Top Ten Tomahawks Moments of 2015: #4 Tomahawks Go 3-1 at showcase for First Time

    Today we continue the countdown of the Top Ten Tomahawks Moments of 2015. Each day, a new moment will be revealed, until the #1 moment is revealed on New Year's Eve.

    The Tomahawks had shown success at the NAHL Showcase, but they saved their best performance for this season. Johnstown opened its trip to Blaine, Minn. with a 2-1 victory over Corpus Christi, followed by a 4-0 victory over Brookings. The Tomahawks moved their showcase record to 3-0 by defeating Coulee Region 3-2 on day three of the tournament, before dropping their finale to Lone Star. The Tomahawks 3-1 showcase record was their best finish at the showcase in team history. Two of the three teams the Tomahawks beat in the showcase appeared in the Robertson Cup Playoffs last season.
