Hawks vs Nordiques Tabbed for Game of the Week

LEWISTON, Maine.  The North American Hockey League and HockeyTV announced today that the Johnstown Tomahawks @ Maine Nordiques game on Friday, October 4th will be the “Game of the Week”.

Fans will be able to stream the entirety of the NAHL HockeyTV Game of the Week by visiting www.HockeyTV.com and creating a free account.

The Tomahawks are in a 4-way tie for 2nd place in the NAHL East Division, boasting a record of 3-3-2 (8 points) with the Maryland Black Bears, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights, and Northeast Generals.

The Nordiques are heading into their inaugural home opener with a record of 3-3-0 (6 points), which puts them in 6th place. Maine is coached by Nolan Howe, the grandson of the legendary “Mr. Hockey”, Gordie Howe.

The Tomahawks will again face off against the Maine Nordiques on Saturday, October 5th. Fans can subscribe to HockeyTV to watch the contest, or follow along for free with the official NAHL App and NAHL.com.
