Two-time Stanley Cup Champion PHIL BOURQUE to drop ceremonial first puck at Tomahawks home Opener on Friday September 27!

The Johnstown Tomahawks announced today that two time Stanley Cup Champion and current Penguins radio network color analyst PHIL BOURQUE will be dropping the first puck on Friday Sept. 27 at 7:30 pm at 1ST SUMMIT ARENA. Bourque, who signed as a free agent with the Penguins in 1982 coming out of try-outs at the War Memorial Arena was a big part of the Pens cup run in the 90’s! The old two-niner played 8 seasons with the Penguins. Phil will be available to meet fans and sign autographs during the game.
The Tomahawks home opening weekend is set for Friday Sept. 27 – 7:30pm and Saturday Sept. 28 – 7:00pm against the New Jersey Titans.
